A free, independent directory of 2,336 Canadian businesses that produce goods for resale.
Where the data comes from
Listings were compiled from public Canadian manufacturing directories — chiefly Made in CA, the Made in Canada Directory, Manufactured in Canada and Made in Canada, Eh? Every listing links back to the directory entry it came from, so you can check the original.
Details such as descriptions, logos and founding dates are read from each
business’s own website, from the structured data they publish about
themselves. Nothing is invented, and nothing is scraped from a site whose
robots.txt asks
us not to.
What the labels mean
- Canadian-owned
- The source describes ownership as Canadian.
- Made in Canada
- The listed products are manufactured, grown, brewed or otherwise produced in Canada.
- Foreign-owned
- Shown honestly rather than hidden: a small number of businesses make products in Canada while being owned abroad. Both facts are recorded so you can decide which matters to you.
- Indigenous-owned
- The source identifies the business as Indigenous, First Nations, Inuit or Métis owned.
These labels reflect what the sources say — they are not an independent audit or a certification. If a listing is wrong, please tell us.
Corrections
Businesses close, move, get bought and change what they make. If something here is out of date or wrong — including if you own the business and would rather not be listed — use the suggestion form and it will be fixed or removed.
How this is funded
By coffee. That’s the whole model.
There are no ads, no affiliate links, no tracking scripts, no newsletter harvesting your email, and no way for a business to pay for a better position. What that leaves is hosting costs and the hours it takes to add new businesses, remove closed ones and re-check links that quietly rot.
If the list saved you time, a coffee keeps it going. If it didn’t, you owe nothing — it stays free either way.

Privacy
No analytics and no tracking cookies. Your searches aren’t logged against you, and the only thing stored in your browser is whether you prefer light or dark mode.
Three things are loaded from elsewhere, and you should know about all of them: the web font comes from Google Fonts, the coffee button is Buy Me a Coffee’s own widget, and the chat assistant in the corner is run by OurBotBuilder. Each means your browser makes a request to that company, which reveals your IP address to them in the ordinary way any web request does. What you type into the chat is processed by that service in order to answer you — so please don’t put anything private in it. Nothing about you is sent to any of them deliberately, and no data is shared with anyone else.
